around afternoon... Cops in fluorescent jackets sprinkled all over like bright chrysanthemums-... soon folks trickled in ...citizens, netizens, families, friends ... quietly and steadily... holding placards.. flashing a long lost slogan..

 GO BACK! TRUMP  GO BACK!

August1928,India

Mumbai's Mayor a lesser known freedom fighter Mr Yusuf Meherally had coined the slogan SIMON GO BACK! 

Indians clad in Khadi..

  had yelled their lungs out in unison protesting ..

GO BACK SIMON! GO BACK!

MARCH 2020 ,.a group of players in Assam coined the slogan  NO CORONA..GO CORONA..

 A video went viral it was an outcry to quell the pandemic.. and felicitate Health Workers

 million views.. cause all were blanketed with the same anxiety and apprehensions ..a lady was seen shouting and yelling in a feverish rage ...

GO BACK CORONA! GO BACK!

 ... VERY APPALLING

... but  perplexed Corona did retort...🙄 "Where do l go ?I have been banished from my country and not welcomed anywhere ..I have forced myself everywhere..even to the Antarctica- the end of the world.. but no home, where to go ? Where?

Just then three cops flung into action... Moderna ,Pfizer and oxford.. handcuffed the Novel Coronavirus... As  it bellowed in its  baritone .."Haven't I taught you lessons great ..

On Art of living, Family and governance of State." 

But Corona met it's fate..

as it uttered

It's..last words with guilt and repentance great...

"I wish long live the human race not with hate but with empathy and grace !'

एक क्ष‌णिक कशिश

निरुपमा सिंह 

जिंदगी के सफर में यह कैसा मुकाम आया ...

सिर्फ आराम ही आराम है पर जज्बा परेशानी की है .....

लॉक डाउन में कैद हैं ,पर उम्मीद कायम है ....

कभी कभी नाराज हो जाती हूं 

इन पाबंदियों से

 तो जीना चढ़ ऊपर छत पे पहुंच जाती हूं 

आंखों में समुंद्र की हिल कोरे लिए नभ की ओर ताकती हूं....

बादलों में कभी भेड़ तो कभी शेर और कभी चेहरे और आकार को तलाशती हूं 

तभी चिड़ियों की चहचहाहट और उनकी उड़ान से मन तृप्त हो जाता है ...

और कभी उन्मुक्त पवन मुझे स्पर्श करते हुए अपने आगोश में ले लेता ...

मन आनंदित और प्रफुल्लित हो जाता..…

 विशाल और विनम्र यह नीला आसमान

 मुझसे कहता है सब्र करो सब कुछ अपने समय पर सही होगा....

 सब्र करो ,सांझ के बाद सवेरा होगा......

. सब्र करो ,इस तूफानी रात (2020.. कोविड-19)के बाद 

सतरंगी इंद्रधनुष (2021)का नजारा होगा.....

 तुम होगे ,तुम्हारे अपने होंगे और सारा जहां होगा.....

बस, थोड़ा सब्र करो ।

FROM THE CLUTCHES OF COVID-19.....TO RENAISSANCE !!

History was at its best, 

human life was but a fest

Malls .. marriages.. movies 

cars ..cruises and  MNC's...

Homo sapiens splurged in mirth

 and in some distant land covid-19 took it's birth....

Family and friends enveloped  in anxiety

 as deaths.. recession.. TV news were a pity

'Lockdown 'and 'Social distancing' became the new trend..

'Stay home and stay safe'  were the only means to amend

The best in people came affront ..

leaders, doctors, police, health workers worked without a grunt...

'Lockdown' taught lessons abundant 

no competition and no judgements...

Dignity of labour ,life in minimum ,with no race

No interference

 no corruption  ,no

'isms' here to face...

Gratitude, thankfulness and empathy...   walked with heads held high and hearts with sympathy...

A voice echoed loud and clear...

" This planet is home to all species born here!"

Man ,this is life's real essence....

And thus began..

THE RENAISSANCE !!

याद आ रही है बहुत याद आ रही है .....

एक बार फिर पुराने दिनों की याद आ रही है 

याद आ रही है चिड़िया के चैहक के पहले बिस्तर से कूदना 

चाय और दूध गैस पर चढ़ाना और एक रोबो मशीन की तरह काम करना उन दिनों की याद आ रही है 

ट्रैफिक में फसना तीर से तेज़ स्कूल पहुंचना और असेंबली में शामिल हो जाना उन दिनों की याद आ रही है

 दोस्तों से मिलना जुलना

और आचार विचार संवेदनशील होकर  सुनना और सुनाना उन दिनों की याद आ रही है

 लंच में साथियों के साथ प्रेम पूर्वक खाना और खिलाना

उन दिनों की याद आ रही है

 कक्षा में बच्चों के साथ हंसना हंसाना पढ़ाना और सिखाना उन दिनों की याद आ रही है 

एक सामान्य जीवन की कठिनाइयों का सामना करना मुश्किलों से जूझना और अंत में जटिल समस्याओं का समाधान निकालना और फिर मुस्कुराना उन दिनों की याद आ रही है

 घर में अपने से बड़ों का आशीर्वाद पाना और बच्चों के साथ स्नेह पूर्वक पेश आना पर उनके साथ पर्याप्त समय नहीं गुजार पाना ़और जरूरी बातें वेटसैप पर भेजना उन दिनों की बहुत याद आ रही है

 अंत में  थक हार के रात में बिस्तर पर सो जाना

 अलार्म लगाना

कल की तैयारी करना

 वह सामान्य जिंदगी आज कितना अनमोल सा लग रहा है  उन दिनों की याद आ रही है 

ईश्वर से प्रार्थना करना 

जग जगदंबे से सबकी भलाई के लिए .......

अपने उत्तरदायित्व को पूरा करने की क्षमता मांगते हुए जिंदगी में आगे बढ़ने के लिए

......

 आज उन दिनों की याद आ रही है 

अपने गर्मी छुट्टी के इंतजार और मायके जाने का खुमार लोगों से मिलना मिलाना

 व्हाट्सएप इंटरनेट फेसबुक इन सबके लिए समय नहीं निकाल पाना और परेशान हो जाना उन दिनों की याद आ रही है

 हे प्रभु मेरे और सब के सामान्य जीवन जिससे हम कोफ्त थे उसे वापस लाने की कृपा करो 

इस पृथ्वी पर फिर से हलचल मची 

मां वसुंधरा की खुशियां पहले जैसी हो  

शांति मन में और विश्व में हो

और हम सब अन्य प्राणियों के साथ साथ चलें ....
